Allwyn is looking for a FP&A Specialist to join our Group Finance team in Prague. You'll work closely with finance teams across our markets, helping to shape budgets, forecasts and performance reporting. If you enjoy working with data, solving problems and collaborating with people across different countries, this could be a great next step in your career.
What you’ll do:
- Build strong relationships with Finance teams across Allwyn Group operating companies (OpCos) and help drive consistent reporting
- Support OpCos in budgeting, forecasting and long-term plans
- Prepare financial analyses, reports and presentations for Group management
- Consolidate financial data and provide insights into business performance
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles
- Contribute to finance transformation projects and reporting automation initiatives
- Help improve processes and identify smarter ways of working
What you’ll bring:
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling or related finance roles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
- Ability to explain financial information clearly and work with different stakeholders
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
- Experience with Power BI, data visualization tools, or other analytics platforms is a plus
- Proficient in English and Czech (both written and spoken)
