We are looking for a new colleague to join us as Product Owner – Broadband Experience squad within the B2C Experience Factory Tribe. This role brings together fixed broadband, customer experience, product design and delivery of changes that directly impact our customers.
About the Broadband Experience squad
The squad’s mission is to enable customer base growth through value propositions and GTM activities while delivering excellent customer experience across all fixed broadband technologies: DSL, FWA, Fiber and Cable. Its focus is on product design and delivery, improving CX, E2E customer journey orchestration and simple processes.
Your main responsibilities
- Be responsible for the team’s product vision, priorities and roadmap and be accountable for maximizing the value the team delivers.
- Take ownership for team results, evaluate the impact of changes made using customer and business data, and adjust priorities accordingly.
- Secure customer experience across DSL, FWA, Fiber and Cable technologies.
- Drive product design and delivery from opportunity identification through implementation to impact evaluation.
- Orchestrate E2E customer journeys and simplify processes.
- Be responsible for the backlog and balance the needs of different stakeholders, decide on priorities and communicate them transparently.
Who we are looking for
- You bring experience in product management, agile delivery, customer experience, process improvement or a similar role.
- You are comfortable working with a product vision, roadmap, backlog, prioritization and data.
- You combine customer, business and process thinking and can translate customer needs into concrete solutions.
- You understand fixed broadband, telco, customer journeys, digital/sales channels, or you are keen to learn quickly.
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and are proactive, structured and results-oriented.
- You can communicate professionally in Czech and English.
