This role will bridge technical, and governance domains and, in close collaboration with a legal expert, ensure that our AI and data-driven systems meet regulatory requirements under the \u003Cstrong>EU AI Act.\u003C/strong> At the same time, it will integrate the principles of digital ethics into our AI use-cases, operations, and governance structures.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>The AI Act & Digital Ethics Assessment Deployment Lead will coordinate across compliance, legal, technical, and business teams to establish AI ACT complient governance processes and risk management for \u003Cstrong>responsible AI adoption at scale\u003C/strong>.\u003C/p>\u003Ch2>\u003Cstrong>Key Responsibilities:\u003C/strong>\u003C/h2>\u003Ch4>\u003Cstrong>AI Act Readiness & Compliance\u003C/strong>\u003C/h4>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Drive organizational deployment for the EU AI Act\u003C/strong> and related legislation (e.g., Digital Ethical Assessment) to all Ai use-cases in close cooperation with legal expert.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Identify risks\u003C/strong>, \u003Cstrong>implement mitigation strategies\u003C/strong>, help in providing documentation for regulatory bodies and ensuring the trustworthy and ethical development and deployment of AI in line with the EU AI Act's requirements, preventing potential non-compliance fines. \u003C/li>\u003Cli>Provide \u003Cstrong>status reporting\u003C/strong> for all AI use-cases in developement & already deployed.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Ch4>\u003Cstrong>Digital Ethics Operationalization\u003C/strong>\u003C/h4>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Develop\u003C/strong>, \u003Cstrong>deploy\u003C/strong>, and \u003Cstrong>maintain AI system risk classification frameworks\u003C/strong> (Minimal, Limited, High-risk, Prohibited categories).\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Translate ethical principles\u003C/strong> (fairness, transparency, accountability, human oversight, inclusivity, sustainability) into actionable assessment criteria.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ensure \u003Cstrong>ethics-by-design practices\u003C/strong> are applied throughout AI/ML development lifecycles.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Partner with \u003Cstrong>product\u003C/strong> and \u003Cstrong>engineering teams\u003C/strong> to embed responsible AI practices into workflows and tooling.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Ch4>\u003Cstrong>Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting\u003C/strong>\u003C/h4>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Educate executive\u003C/strong>s, and staff on AI Act compliance obligations and digital ethics impacts.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Report on compliance maturity\u003C/strong> \u003Cstrong>and ethics integration\u003C/strong> to senior leadership. Act as subject-matter expert in cross-industry forums, working groups, and audits.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Ch2>\u003Cstrong>Candidate Requirements:\u003C/strong>\u003C/h2>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Master’s degree in\u003Cstrong> Ethics, Data Science, or Governance-related fields, Law field is an advantage\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>The implementation requires \u003Cstrong>seniority in project coordination/implementation\u003C/strong> as well as knowledge in \u003Cstrong>AI Act implementation\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>The position requires \u003Cstrong>multi-divisional stakeholder management\u003C/strong>, involvement and implementation.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>3+ years in \u003Cstrong>compliance, governance, or AI/tech ethics\u003C/strong> roles within regulated or tech-driven industries.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>In-depth knowledge of EU AI Act requirements, risk-based frameworks, and conformity assessments.
