Manufacturing Development Engineer

What to expect

  • Launch of new models into the Welding shop production lines
  • Development, standardization, and optimization of manufacturing processes with a focus on performance and quality
  • Definition, implementation, and monitoring of quality standards for new production programs
  • Identification and implementation of automation solutions to reduce manual operations
  • Continuous improvement and technical development of automation systems
  • Ensuring equipment readiness, reliability, and optimal operating conditions
  • Responsibility for maintaining stable and efficient production processes
  • End-to-end management of assigned projects, including planning and execution of key milestones

What you need

  • University degree in a technical field
  • Experience in process engineering (2–3 years is an advantage)
  • Strong technical thinking (development, design)
  • Communicative level of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Catia, AutoCAD 2011, DM Works (Factory Simulator)
  • Knowledge of PLC logic and programming – an advantage
  • Experience with installation of manufacturing equipment – an advantage
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and responsibility
  • Driving license (Category B)
