Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams such as UX, R&D, or Technical Consulting to bring ideas to life.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research efforts, including interviews, partner sessions, and data analysis.
- Translate insights into clear product concepts, hypotheses, and early-stage prototypes.
- Shape the product strategy, KPIs, and roadmap for product capabilities, ensuring product-market fit and long-term value.
- Own the roadmap, define, prioritize, and launch features within the Aura product.
- Ensure high performance, usability, and business impact across delivered functionality.
- Steer development teams towards agile development, quickly bringing valuable iterations.
- Maintain product across the whole life-cycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with a strong focus on discovery, and good project management practices.
- Experience working in cybersecurity, or B2B software, or high-innovation products.
- Proven ability to uncover customer insights through structured discovery practices.
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams.
- The capability to cooperate with UX and front-end development teams to bring functional mobile-first designs.
- Using AI natively for a wide variety of tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English; able to clearly articulate problem spaces, user needs, and strategic rationale.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, exploratory environments with evolving scope.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with telcos, ISPs, or large-scale B2B deployments.
- Understanding of consumer-facing cybersecurity products and usability challenges.
