For our client, an international company with its buildings close to Pardubice, we´re looking for a Purchasing Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Internal process of Change Management
- Activate Parts Number (price change) on QAD system
- Check the progress of Homologation system in each reference
- Making POR and Sending PO
- Annual investment control for supplier tooling
- Process the supplier invoices
- Providing Tooling tag to company´s suppliers
- POR management for Direct material section
- Monthly evaluation of Supplier Performance by putting the points for each supplier
- Preparing / Attending quality audits (IATF16949, customer etc.)
- Other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High School/University degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in Purchasing/Logistics/ Engineering in international environment
- Driving License B
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Native CZ Language proficiency
- English knowledge (advanced)
- Working experience of automotive industry (advantage)
- Knowledge in International Trade
- Communication and analytical skills
- Escalation of problems to superiors
- Reliable, detail-oriented, accurate, well organized
- Demonstrates trustworthiness, honesty and integrity
